Drawing is a medium I consider to be a language more instinctive than written word, and is an important part of my process, representing thinking on paper. Here is a video of my flicking through my most recent sketchbook:

Painting animation with 23 layers of paint.

This was an experiment to see if I could animate the movement of the Echiums in the wind. I used a projector to map the frames of a video onto the painting. Each frame is a layer of paint on top of the last, leaving each drawing to fade away into the background.
